What is your return & exchange policy?
Due to the extreme rarity and limited-edition nature of our collections, all sales are final. Exceptions are strictly made only in the event of an unforeseen structural defect, which must be reported to our concierge within 48 hours of receipt.

Every original Fallen piece is accompanied by a unique, cryptographically verifiable certificate of authenticity and a physical atelier stamp. We do not authorize any third-party retailers; true pieces are only acquired directly through this platform.
